Ingredients
- 2 bunches - Spring onion
- 3 tbsp - Besan/Kadalai Maavu
- 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
- 2 tsp - Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp- Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp- Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
- Curry leaves - 2- 3 sprigs
How to Make Spring onion Curry
- Wash and chop the spring onions finely.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and splutter the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Then add the chopped spring onion and saute.
- Add the salt and mix well.
- Allow this to cook for 1- 2 mins.
- Now add the besan, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
- Saute until the besan gets cooked.
- Serve hot.
